What shipping restrictions do you have?
There are certain items which are subject to restrictions. These include:

What items do you not ship?
We will not be able to help you if your items:

- Are subject to import or export bans

The specific kinds of items which we are unlikely to ship for you include:
- Animal skin and fur
- Currency and negotiable instruments such as cheques, bills or bonds

- High-alcohol content beverages

- Some antiques, artwork, precious stones or other highly valuable items

What is a remote area surcharge and why might I pay it?
Much like it sounds, you might have to pay a remote area surcharge if your package’s destination is particularly far off the beaten path. This does not happen often. But if no courier service really covers the area, a remote area surcharge may be applied.

What is meant by “wine shipping for personal use in the USA”?
